The package includes us managing the server for you - from security, to backups, to email account creation, and much more - so that you can focus on running your business. Alternatively, we can supply you with cPanel access so that you can manage the account yourself.

A domain name (eg. www.yourcompany.com.au) is not included with this package, although they can be purchased at an additional cost - click here for more information.

Am I locked into any long-term contracts?
No. We are confident that you will be satisfied with our services, and therefore we will not penalise you with additional fees for leaving us. However, in leaving you do agree to forefit any setup fees that you may have paid. If you paid for your hosting annually upfront, you also agree to forefit that amount.
