What are you offering?
We are offering you an opportunity to enhance your image with a professional online business card and advanced email solution. Included as part of the package is your own single page website design with your nominated contact details, and an online form if required.

A domain name (eg. www.yourcompany.com.au) is not included with this package, although can be purchased for an additional $55 each.

 

Why should I be interested in this package?
There are three main reasons:

  • We do everything for you - from updating your contact details, to adding new email accounts, backing up your data, and more.
  • A website can help your customers (both existing, and potentially new) learn and find out more about your business.
  • Make your business look more professional on a national or global scale.

 

What do you mean by 'professional' look?
A professional look helps your business stand out from the competition. A well designed and marketed website can give your business an edge over your competition.

A professional email address makes your business look more professional to your potential customers. For example the email address joe@yourcompany.com.au is much more professional than plumber_621@hotmail.com

You don't share your telephone number with others, so why share your email domain with millions of other Hotmail, Yahoo, Bigpond, or Optusnet email users? This package allows you to get personalised email accounts for each of your employees, unique to your business. Why advertise for Bigpond or Hotmail when you can be advertising yourself? You can also set up an unlimited number of aliases, for example sales@yourcompany.com.au which redirect mail to any address that you choose.

 

What do you mean by 'advanced' email solution?
Our advanced email solution includes access to your email via webmail, POP3, and IMAP services - this means that you can access your email through your current software (for example with Outlook, Thunderbird, etc), you can also access your email via a compatible mobile device (for example mobile phone, PDA, etc). Our advanced email solution also provides you with webmail, which is accessible via the internet with any standard web browser (for example Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc).

The advanced email solution also includes:

  • automatic virus and spam filtering - provides protection from harmful and annoying emails.
  • unlimited email aliases - eg. sales@yourcompany.com.au, info@yourcompany.com.au, accounts@yourcompany.com.au can each redirect to email accounts that you specify.
  • autoforwarders - allows you to automatically forward your email to another email address.
  • vacation responders - allows you to setup your email to automatically reply to people who send you emails, for example to let them know that you are on holidays.

Each email account has easy access to these individual settings, although we can maintain these features for you at no additional cost.

 

If I decide to go ahead with this package, what is involved?
There are eight simple steps to the h180 Plan - you only need to help us out with the first one.

  1. You provide us with your business details, logo, contact details, and domain name information (if applicable).
  2. We register a domain name on your behalf for an additional fee (if applicable).
  3. We provide you with our name server details for your domain name.
  4. We create your online business card and contact form.
  5. We setup your email accounts.
  6. We host your website and email services.
  7. We provide ongoing professional server management – so that you can concentrate on running your business.
  8. We provide unlimited updates to your site details.

 

How much does it all cost?
For less than $0.40/day you get your own online business card, unlimited emails, and an improved professional image. You have the option of paying by the month, or on an annual basis - there is a discount for paying annually.

The h180 Plan is only $13.50/month OR $135/year (pricing excludes GST).
There is NO SETUP FEE.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in the form of: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, BankCard, BPAY, Direct Deposit, Australia Post BillPay (EFTPOS and CASH), and cheque. Details of how to pay are included on each invoice issued.

 

Am I locked into any long-term contracts?
No. We are confident that you will be satisfied with our services, and therefore we will not penalise you with additional fees for leaving us. However, in leaving you do agree to forfeit any setup fees that you may have paid. If you paid for your hosting annually upfront, you also agree to forefit that amount.
